So, back in the deep dark recesses of 2008, I was gifted a trip to the US to visit a rag-tag bunch of fan-ficcers, for what we then dubbed 'Mini-con 08.'

Queue the standard response whenever the ultra adorable mendax was offered some delightful sample of mini-con goodness:

Yay! forest!


Fast forward to a fantastic visit to my home state in recent weeks ... and yes, forest, you still have to be careful what you say around my art muse.
